Indication:
Relieves painful and strained back muscles due to prolonged sitting
and improper posture.
Direction:
Mix one sachet in 100 ml of lukewarm water. Add salt and tamarind
for taste. Use one sachet twice a day until fully recovered.

Avoid chili pepper and coconut juice with this jamu.
